NIFTI — TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. Introduction. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shopnifti.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Nifti ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. About us. The Site is operated by Nifti. You can contact us at any time at hello@shopnifti.com.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order.

4. Products and availability. We aim to describe and picture our products accurately, but minor variations in colour, packaging or specification may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or withdraw a product at any time.

5. Pricing. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We work hard to ensure prices are correct; if we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue before processing your order.

6. Orders and contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

7. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

8. Shipping and delivery. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. As our items ship directly from our fulfilment partners, estimated delivery within the United Kingdom is 7–12 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

9. Cancellations, returns and refunds. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day returns window as set out in our Refund Policy. These rights do not affect your statutory rights.

10. Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

11. Intellectual property. All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and the Nifti name — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

13. Limitation of liability. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Third-party links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

15. Privacy. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the Site at the time you place it.

17. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
