Where do you ship?
We ship across the entire United Kingdom, with free delivery on every order — no minimum spend.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is completely free on every order, anywhere in the UK.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment — we're focused on serving UK customers well.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number and link.
What's your returns policy?
If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be unused and in their original packaging — just email hello@shopnifti.com and we'll sort it out.
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Email hello@shopnifti.com with a photo and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
