Refund policy

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. To start a return, find the contact us page and send us a message with your order number. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we'll cover it and send a replacement or full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
